By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law. About Candor
This website is operated by Candor Inc Ltd, a company registered in Sierra Leone. Candor remains an online retail store for everyday over-the-counter medicines and medical and personal care supplies.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and other details accurate and up to date. Product images are for illustration only, and packaging, availability, and specifications may vary. The information on the product packaging always takes priority over our website. Please read it before use. If an important detail of an order changes, we will contact you to explain your options.
Orders and availability
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that an item is available or that the order has been accepted. The automatic acknowledgement from our website confirms only that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when our team confirms the products, the total price, and the delivery charge with you.
We may limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe a product may be misused or resold, the customer is under 18, the order appears fraudulent, the product is unavailable, or supplying it would breach the law or our licence. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the available options and refund any amount paid for the affected products.
Prices and payments
Product prices are displayed in Sierra Leonean Leones (NLe) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are separate and are confirmed by our team before dispatch.
We accept Orange Money and Africell. Payment instructions will be sent only through our official channels. Please do not send money to accounts that Candor has not verified. Candor will never ask for your PIN, password, or one-time code.
Delivery
Delivery is currently limited to supported locations within Sierra Leone. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy for information about delivery charges and arrangements.

Health-related products
Candor sells over-the-counter medicines only. We do not sell prescription-only or controlled medicines, and we do not accept prescriptions.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescribing services, and we do not advise on which product to choose. You are responsible for choosing the products you order. Information on this website is intended for general product awareness and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Customer accounts
Where available, customers may check out as guests or create an account. If you create an account, please keep your login information secure. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached.
Acceptable website use
Customers must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, provide deliberately false information, or attempt to interfere with the website's security.
